a registered dietitian, certified menopause support coach, and strength coach specializing in helping women build strong bones and resilient lives. 


My mission is to empower women, especially during the menopause transition, to rediscover their strength—both physically and emotionally—and to live vibrant, fulfilling lives.

My journey into strength coaching began during a time when I realized I wasn’t physically or mentally prepared for the life I wanted to live. After years of prioritizing everything and everyone else, I faced significant family and work challenges that left me feeling depleted. I knew something had to change if I wanted to thrive. Strength training became my foundation for not only reclaiming my health but also transforming how I approached life.

Today, I combine my expertise in physical health, emotional resilience, and holistic well-being to guide my clients through life-changing transformations. My approach is grounded in the belief that - you already have everything you need within you — you just need the right tools and support to unlock it.

As a breathwork facilitator in training, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound power of connecting with the body and mind.
